FRANKENWEENIE is a black-and-white stop-motion animation film brought to you by the critically acclaimed film director, Tim Burton.

Similar to his previous productions (The Nightmare Before Christmas, Edward Scissorhands, Beetlejuice, etc), Frankenweenie too has a dark and gloomy theme to it's storyline.

Victor Frankenstein is an introvert boy who lived with his parents and dog, Sparky in the small town of New Holland. Concerned over his son's lack of friends, Mr Frankenstein wanted Victor to go outside to have a game of baseball where he, miraculously, hit a homerun.

His moment of glory was shortlived, however, when Sparky dashed onto the road in pursuit of the ball and was hit by a car.

Grieving over the demise of his best friend, Victor sought to bring Sparky back from the dead after his science teacher demonstrates in class how electrical current could reanimate a dead frog!

He succeeded, of course, but when the secret was discovered by his classmate Edgar, Victor was compelled into demonstrating his experiment on a dead goldfish or risk having his secret revealed.

As expected, Edgar could not keep the secret to himself which soon spread to the other kids in class who tried to outdo each other in the upcoming science fair by bringing their own deceased pets back to life without knowing the monstrous consequences it would bring.

How would Victor and friends clear up the mess they had created for the town?
